Wendy Holt is a Southern California
native who moved to Costa Rica in November of 2009. Wendy has been in the visual arts field for over 20 years and is
a self-taught photographer. She has had the great fortune of being able
to travel extensively over the last 10 years and this is where photography
began to become a major part of her life. Her passion is capturing
those things that seem to pass us by in a blink of an eye.
"My goal is to see the world and all the wonderful creatures in it.
My husband and I tend to travel to remote places so we have the opportunity to
see animals in their natural habitats. I realize that when I
take my photos, I will never have the opportunity again to capture that
moment. There's nothing better than when I look at a picture
and remember the feeling I had when I took it!"
